Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. We ask for a minimum order of $200 for delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within central Dunedin. A small fee may apply for locations further out — we’ll confirm this when you book.
How far in advance do we need to order?
At least 48 hours’ notice is best so we can prepare and lock in your delivery time.
Do you provide cutlery, plates and napkins?
Yes — all food comes in biodegradable boxes with forks and napkins included.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
Yes. We can cater vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-friendly options. Please let us know any allergies when booking.
When do you deliver?
We’ll work with you to arrange a delivery time that suits your shout. Typically, lunchtime deliveries are most popular.
Can we order from the full Citizens menu?
Yes — most of our regular truck menu is available for delivery. We’ll confirm options when you book.
How do we pay?
We’ll send an invoice once your order is confirmed. Payment is due before delivery.
